Creating a Boho Bedroom

My room started off in pretty bad shape, we remodeled pretty much everything in the space. From the windows to the floor it all needed to be done. The fireplace had to go, at least in the condition it was in. Master Bedroom BEFORE White wainscotting, new fireplace using a hand-hewn beam, and boho room decor. I pulled together a color palette that included prints, textures and bold colors. First, create the color palette that you want to work with. What colors of you ALWAYS go for? Rugs! Add texture and color with bold rugs in patterns and prints.

We Bought A Barn...Well, a Ranch

So we bought a ranch. Last year. Well, 8 months ago to be exact. It was a lifelong accomplishment for us and we are excited (and nervous) at what this will bring. The property was managed and operated as an equestrian boarding facility for the past 20 years and had become run down, putting in mildly.
